باختصار

«رفيق الحفظ» تطبيق مجاني، بلا إعلانات، بلا أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع، ولا يحتوي أي أداة لتقارير الأعطال ترسل بيانات إلينا.
الحساب اختياري. التطبيق يعمل كاملًا دون حساب، وتبقى بياناتك حينها على جهازك فقط.
إن أنشأت حسابًا فنحتاج بريدك الإلكتروني فقط (والاسم الظاهر اختياري)، ونزامن بياناتك بين أجهزتك، ويرى معلمو حلقتك سجل جلساتك وتقاريرك وما ترسله إليهم من تسجيلات، ويصلك ما يرسلونه إليك من تنبيهات.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية أو تسويقية، ولا نستعملها لغير تشغيل التطبيق.
التسميع يستعمل الميكروفون فقط أثناء تسميعك في شاشته. في نسخ المتاجر يُرسل صوتك مباشرةً إلى خادم التسميع الخاص بنا لفحصه، ولا يُحفظ فيه ولا يرتبط بحسابك، وعند انقطاع الإنترنت يُفحص على جهازك بدلًا من ذلك. ويحتفظ التطبيق بتسجيلك مؤقتًا على جهازك فقط لمقارنته بالقارئ.
تستطيع حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق، فتُحذف بياناتك من الخادم.

1. ما يُحفظ على جهازك فقط

هذه البيانات تُحفظ في ذاكرة الجهاز (أو في تخزين المتصفح في نسخة الويب)، ولا تُرسل إلينا إلا ما يُذكر في القسم 3 عند تسجيل الدخول:

الإعدادات: القراءة والمظهر واللغة، والصوت، والخطة، والتسميع، وشاشة التسميع (التنبيه على الخطأ وإخفاء النص).
خطط الحفظ والمراجعة وتقدّمك فيها وجدول المراجعة.
العلامات المرجعية والملاحظات على الآيات وألوان الحفظ التي تضعها.
سجل جلساتك (للإحصاءات داخل التطبيق).
إعدادات التذكير، ومنها الموقع الذي تختاره بنفسك لحساب مواقيت الصلاة: مدينة من قائمة أو إحداثيات تكتبها يدويًا.
التطبيق لا يطلب إذن الموقع ولا يستعمل GPS، وهذا الموقع لا يُرسل إلى أي خادم.
ملفات التلاوات التي تنزّلها.
سجل أخطاء التسميع: لكل خطأ موضعه (رقم السورة والآية والكلمة) ونوعه ووقته، ويُستعمل للمراجعة وخريطة مواضع الضعف.

نص المصحف والتفسير الميسّر وخط المصحف مضمّنة داخل التطبيق، فلا يُطلب شيء منها من الإنترنت.

حذف التطبيق (أو مسح بياناته من إعدادات الجهاز أو المتصفح) يحذف هذه البيانات كلها. تسجيل الخروج لا يحذفها من الجهاز.

2. اتصالات التطبيق بجهات أخرى (دون حساب)

تنزيل التلاوات وتشغيلها: ملفات الصوت تُطلب مباشرة من موقع طرف ثالث: MP3Quran (mp3quran.net).
يرى هذا الموقع عنوان IP لجهازك والملف المطلوب، كأي موقع تزوره، وتخضع هذه الطلبات لسياسته هو. لا نرسل إليه أي بيانات عنك.
لا يحدث أي اتصال به ما لم تشغّل تلاوة أو تنزّلها.
التذكيرات: إشعارات محلية يجدولها الجهاز نفسه، ولا تمر بأي خادم، ولا نعرف مواعيد تذكيرك. (أما تنبيهات الحلقة فتصل من المعلم عبر الخادم، انظر القسم 3.)
المشاركة والنسخ: عندما تختار «مشاركة» آية يُفتح نظام المشاركة في جهازك بنص الآية، ولا يُرسل شيء إلا إلى التطبيق الذي تختاره أنت.
الروابط الخارجية: مثل رابط مصدر التفسير (tanzil.net)، تُفتح في المتصفح وتخضع لسياسة الموقع المعني.
خادمنا (الويب والنموذج): عند فتح نسخة الويب، أو تنزيل نموذج التسميع دون اتصال من الإعدادات، يسجّل خادم الويب في سجل الوصول عنوان IP والصفحة أو الملف المطلوب ووقت الطلب ونوع المتصفح، كأي موقع. يُحتفظ بهذا السجل 14 يومًا لتشغيل الخادم وحمايته، ولا يرتبط بحسابك.
شاشة المسجد: ربط جوال المعلم بشاشة المسجد أو التلفاز يتم عبر الشبكة المحلية مباشرة، ولا يمر بخادمنا. لا يُرسل عبره إلا أوامر تقليب الصفحات، بلا أي بيانات شخصية.

3. الحساب الاختياري وما يُحفظ على الخادم

الحساب متاح فقط في نسخ التطبيق المربوطة بخادمنا. تسجيل الدخول يكون برمز من 6 أرقام يصل إلى بريدك، بلا كلمة مرور. الخادم مبني على خدمة Supabase السحابية (supabase.com)، وهي تعالج البيانات نيابةً عنا.

عند تسجيل الدخول يُحفظ على الخادم:

لا يُحفظ على الخادم أي نص قرآني، ولا موقعك، ولا مواعيد تذكيرك، ولا أي صوت غير التسجيلات التي ترسلها أنت إلى معلمك.

الإشعارات الفورية لتنبيهات الحلقة: في النسخ التي تدعمها، وبعد تسجيل الدخول وسماحك بالإشعارات، يسجّل التطبيق لدى خدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging من Google رمزَ إشعارات لجهازك ويحفظه في حسابك. وعندما يرسل معلمك تنبيهًا يُمرَّر عنوانه ونصه عبر هذه الخدمة لتوصيله إلى جهازك، وتعالجه Google نيابةً عنا لهذا الغرض فقط. إن لم تسمح بالإشعارات، أو كانت النسخة لا تدعمها، فالتنبيهات تظهر داخل التطبيق عند فتحه.

كل الاتصال بالخادم مشفّر (HTTPS)، وكل جدول محمي بقواعد صلاحيات على مستوى الصف: لا يقرأ أحد إلا ما يُسمح له به كما في القسم 4.

4. من يرى بياناتك في الحلقات

أعضاء الحلقة يرى بعضهم أسماء بعض الظاهرة وأدوارهم. بريدك الإلكتروني لا يظهر لأي مستخدم آخر.
معلمو حلقتك يرون:
- تقاريرك على واجبات الحلقة،
- والتسجيلات التي ترسلها إلى تلك الحلقة (حتى تُحذف)،
- وسجل جلساتك كله (الموصوف في القسم 3)، لا الجلسات المرتبطة بواجباتهم فقط، ما دمت عضوًا في حلقة يعلّمون فيها.
المستندات الخاصة (الإعدادات، والخطة، والعلامات والملاحظات) لا يراها أحد غيرك، ولا المعلمون.
المعلمون يرسلون التنبيهات إلى طلاب حلقتهم؛ ويرى الطالب التنبيهات الموجهة إلى الحلقة أو إليه هو فقط.
عند مغادرة الحلقة (أو إزالة المعلم لك منها) يتوقف اطلاع معلميها على بياناتك.

إن كنت معلمًا فأنت مسؤول عن استعمال بيانات طلابك لغرض التعليم في الحلقة فقط.

5. التسميع الآلي (فحص التلاوة بالصوت)

في شاشة التسميع تسمّع من حفظك والتطبيق يتابعك وينبّهك على الخطأ. وعندها:

الميكروفون: يطلب التطبيق إذن الميكروفون أول مرة تبدأ فيها التسميع، ولا يستمع إلا أثناء جلسة تسميع قائمة في تلك الشاشة، لا في الخلفية ولا خارجها. إن رفضت الإذن لا يعمل التسميع، ويبقى سائر التطبيق كما هو.
أين يجري الفحص: نسخ المتاجر (Google Play وApp Store) ونسخة الويب مربوطة بخادم التسميع الخاص بنا، فيفحص صوتك كما في البنود أدناه. وإن تعذّر الوصول إلى الخادم (لا اتصال بالإنترنت، أو انقطع أثناء الجلسة) يُفحص صوتك على الجهاز نفسه بنموذج التسميع دون اتصال إن كنت نزّلته من الإعدادات (وإلا عملت الشاشة بالوضع التجريبي أدناه)، ولا يخرج حينها أي صوت من جهازك. أما بنود الإرسال المباشر وحفظ الصوت وسجل الخادم أدناه فتخص النسخ المربوطة بخادم التسميع فقط.
الإرسال المباشر (النسخ المربوطة بالخادم): يُرسل صوت تلاوتك (16 كيلوهرتز، قناة واحدة) مباشرةً عبر اتصال مشفّر (WebSocket فوق TLS، wss://) إلى خادم التسميع الخاص بنا (خادم نستأجره لدى مزوّد الاستضافة LightNode)، ومعه السورة والآية التي بدأت منها ونمط الجلسة، فيقارنه الخادم بنص المصحف ويعيد حكم كل كلمة. وأثناء التوقف عند خطأ يُرسل صمت بدل صوتك.
الوضع التجريبي: إن لم يكن خادم التسميع متاحًا (أو كانت النسخة غير مربوطة به)، ما لم يكن نموذج التسميع منزّلًا على الجهاز، تعمل الشاشة بمُعرِّف تجريبي دون اتصال وتقول ذلك. يُستعمل الميكروفون حينها لضبط سير التجربة فقط، ولا يخرج أي صوت من الجهاز، ولا تُفحص الكلمات فعلًا.
تسجيلك على الجهاز (سجّل وقارن): أثناء التسميع يحتفظ التطبيق بتسجيلك في ذاكرة الجهاز (20 دقيقة على الأكثر) لتقارنه بالقارئ آية بآية. عند تشغيل المقارنة يُكتب في ملف مؤقت واحد في المجلد المؤقت للتطبيق (madkar_tasmee_take.wav) يحلّ محله التسجيل التالي، وقد يمسحه النظام في أي وقت؛ وفي نسخة الويب يبقى في ذاكرة المتصفح. يُتلف التسجيل من الذاكرة عند مغادرة الشاشة، ولا يُرفع أبدًا إلى أي خادم، إلا إن أرسلته أنت إلى معلم حلقتك من داخل التطبيق (القسم 3)، أو شاركته بنفسك عبر نظام المشاركة في جهازك إلى تطبيق تختاره.
الصوت لا يُحفظ: يبقى في ذاكرة الخادم المؤقتة أثناء المعالجة فقط (بضع ثوانٍ على الأكثر لكل اتصال)، ولا يُكتب على القرص ولا في السجلات، ويُتلف عند انتهاء الجلسة.
ما يُسجَّل في سجل الخادم لكل جلسة: معرّف عشوائي للجلسة، وعنوان IP، ونمط الجلسة، والسورة والآية التي بدأت منها، ومدة الصوت ووقت المعالجة، وأعداد النتائج (كم كلمة صحيحة أو خاطئة). تُستعمل هذه السجلات لتشغيل الخادم وحمايته من إساءة الاستخدام فقط، ويحذف نظام السجلات في الخادم أقدمها تلقائيًا كلما بلغت حدها.
الكلمات التي تُسمع لا تُسجَّل. في الخادم خيار تشخيصي لتسجيلها معطّل افتراضيًا، ولا نفعّله على الخادم العام.
لا يرتبط الصوت ولا سجل الخادم بحسابك؛ خادم التسميع لا يعرف بريدك.
نتيجة التسميع (مواضع الأخطاء وأنواعها، والترددات، ونطاق ما سمّعته) تُحفظ على جهازك في سجل الأخطاء وجدول المراجعة (القسم 1)، وإن كنت مسجّلًا تُضاف إلى سجل جلساتك جلسةَ تسميع وتُزامَن مع مستند خطتك (القسم 3). الصوت نفسه ليس جزءًا منها أبدًا.

6. الأذونات التي يطلبها التطبيق

الميكروفون: للتسميع فقط، ويُطلب أول مرة تبدأه (في iOS وmacOS بعبارة: «يستمع رفيق الحفظ إلى تلاوتك ليتابعها وينبهك إلى الخطأ»، وفي أندرويد إذن RECORD_AUDIO، وفي الويب نافذة المتصفح نفسه).
الإنترنت: لتنزيل التلاوات، ولإرسال صوت التسميع إلى خادم التسميع أثناءه (في النسخ المربوطة به فقط)، وللحساب والمزامنة إن استعملتهما.
الإشعارات: للتذكير، ولتنبيهات الحلقة، وللتحكم في التشغيل من شاشة القفل.
الشبكة المحلية (iOS): لربط جوال المعلم بشاشة المسجد فقط، ويُطلب عند استعمال هذه الميزة.
التشغيل في الخلفية وإبقاء الجهاز مستيقظًا أثناء التلاوة (أندرويد)، وإعادة جدولة التذكيرات بعد إعادة تشغيل الجهاز.

لا يطلب التطبيق الموقع ولا جهات الاتصال ولا الكاميرا ولا الصور.

7. حذف البيانات

حذف الحساب: من «الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب». يحذف فورًا من الخادم: حسابك وبريدك، والملف الشخصي، والمستندات المزامنة، وسجل الجلسات، وتقاريرك، والتسجيلات التي أرسلتها إلى معلميك، وعضويتك في الحلقات، والواجبات والتنبيهات التي أنشأتها، ورموز الإشعارات.
تنبيه: الحلقات التي أنشأتها أنت تُحذف معها بكل واجباتها وتقارير أعضائها.
قد تبقى نسخ في النسخ الاحتياطية للخادم حتى 14 يومًا ثم تُمحى تلقائيًا.
البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك لا يحذفها حذف الحساب؛ احذفها بحذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته.
إن لم تستطع الدخول إلى التطبيق فراسلنا على [email protected] من البريد نفسه لنحذف الحساب.
لك أيضًا أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها عبر البريد نفسه.

8. الأطفال

في التطبيق إعداد جاهز باسم «تلقين طفل» لتحفيظ الأطفال، ويُستعمل بإشراف الوالدين أو المعلم. استعمال التطبيق دون حساب لا يرسل أي بيانات عن الطفل. الحساب ليس موجّهًا للأطفال: إن احتاج طفل دون 13 سنة (أو السن النظامية في بلدك إن كانت أعلى) إلى حساب للانضمام إلى حلقة فليُنشئه وليّ أمره أو بموافقته، ولا نطلب من الطفل أي بيانات غير البريد (والاسم الظاهر الاختياري). إن علمت أن طفلًا أنشأ حسابًا دون موافقة وليّه فراسلنا لنحذفه.

9. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

إن غيّرنا ما نجمعه أو طريقة استعماله حدّثنا هذه الصفحة وتاريخ السريان، ونبّهنا داخل التطبيق إن كان التغيير جوهريًا.

In short

Rafiq al-Hifz is free, has no ads, no analytics or tracking, and no crash-reporting tool that sends data to us.
An account is optional. The app works fully without one, and your data then stays on your device only.
If you create an account we need only your email address (a display name is optional). We sync your data between your devices, the teachers of your halaqa can see your session log, your reports and any recordings you send them, and you receive the notices they send you.
We do not sell or share your data for advertising or marketing, and use it only to run the app.
Tasmee (recitation checking) uses the microphone only while you recite on its screen. In the store apps your audio is streamed live to our recitation server to be checked, and it is not stored there or linked to your account; without an internet connection it is checked on your device instead. The app keeps your take only temporarily on your device to compare it with the reciter.
You can delete your account inside the app, which deletes your data from the server.

1. What stays on your device only

Stored in the device's storage (or the browser's storage in the web version). Nothing here is sent to us except what section 3 lists, and only when you are signed in:

Settings: reading, theme and language, audio, plan, recitation, and the tasmee screen (mistake alerts and text hiding).
Memorisation and review plans, your progress and the review schedule.
Bookmarks, notes on ayahs and the memorisation colours you set.
Your session history (for in-app statistics).
Reminder settings, including the location you choose yourself for prayer times: a city from a list or coordinates you type.
The app does not request location permission and does not use GPS, and this location is never sent to any server.
Recitation audio files you download.
The tasmee mistakes log: for each mistake, its position (surah, ayah and word number), its type and time. It is used for review and the weak-spot map.

The Quran text, Tafsir al-Muyassar and the mushaf font are bundled in the app; none of them is fetched from the internet.

Uninstalling the app (or clearing its data in the device or browser settings) deletes all of this. Signing out does not delete it from the device.

2. Connections to other parties (without an account)

Recitation audio: audio files are requested directly from a third-party site: MP3Quran (mp3quran.net).
Like any website, it sees your device's IP address and the requested file, and these requests fall under its own policies. We send it no data about you.
No connection to it happens unless you play or download a recitation.
Reminders: local notifications scheduled by the device itself. They pass through no server, and we do not know your reminder times. (Halaqa notices from a teacher do come through the server; see section 3.)
Share and copy: sharing an ayah opens your device's share sheet with the ayah text; it goes only to the app you pick.
External links (such as the tafsir source, tanzil.net) open in the browser and fall under that site's policy.
Our server (web and model): when you open the web version, or download the offline recitation model from Settings, our web server's access log records your IP address, the page or file requested, the time and the browser type, like any website. This log is kept for 14 days to operate and protect the server, and it is not linked to your account.
Mosque screen: linking a teacher's phone to a mosque screen or TV happens directly over the local network and does not pass through our server. It carries page-turn commands only, with no personal data.

3. The optional account and what is stored on the server

Accounts are available only in app builds connected to our server. Sign-in uses a 6-digit code sent to your email; there is no password. The server runs on the Supabase cloud service (supabase.com), which processes the data on our behalf.

When you are signed in, the server stores:

Session log	For each memorisation, review, test or recitation session: its kind, the ayah range (surah and ayah numbers), counts of mistakes and hesitations, duration, mistake positions (surah, ayah, word number and mistake type), time, and the linked assignment if any
Halaqat	Halaqat you create (name, description, join code), your membership and role (teacher or student)
Assignments and reports	Assignments set by a teacher (kind, range, due date, note), the student's report on them (status, mistakes, hesitations, the student's note), and the teacher's note
Halaqa notices	Notices a teacher sends to the halaqa's students or to one student: kind (reminder or task), title (at most 120 characters), text (at most 1000 characters) and when it was sent
Notification token	If you allow notifications: the push token your device's system issues for this app, the platform (Android, iOS or other) and when it was last updated
Recitation recordings sent to a teacher	If you choose to send a tasmee or oral-test recording to your halaqa's teacher, after your explicit consent the first time: the audio file (WAV) in a private, non-public store, with the halaqa it was sent to, its kind (tasmee or oral test), the ayah range (surah and ayah numbers), the mistake count or grade, its length and when it was sent. Deleted automatically after 60 days; you can delete it sooner in Settings → My recordings

The server stores no Quran text, no location, no reminder times, and no audio other than the recordings you send to your teacher yourself.

Push notifications for halaqa notices: in builds that support them, once you are signed in and allow notifications, the app registers a push token for your device with Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging and saves it to your account. When your teacher sends a notice, its title and text pass through that service to reach your device; Google processes them on our behalf for this purpose only. If you don't allow notifications, or the build doesn't support them, notices appear inside the app when you open it.

All traffic to the server is encrypted (HTTPS), and every table is protected by row-level access rules: nobody can read anything beyond what section 4 allows.

4. Who sees your data in halaqat

Members of a halaqa see each other's display names and roles. Your email address is never shown to other users.
Your halaqa's teachers see:
- your reports on the halaqa's assignments,
- the recordings you send to that halaqa (until they are deleted), and
- your whole session log (described in section 3), not only sessions linked to their assignments, for as long as you are a member of a halaqa they teach.
Private documents (settings, plan, bookmarks and notes) are seen by nobody but you, teachers included.
Teachers send notices to the students of their halaqa; a student sees only the notices sent to the halaqa or to them.
When you leave a halaqa (or a teacher removes you), its teachers lose access to your data.

If you are a teacher, you are responsible for using your students' data only for teaching in the halaqa.

5. Tasmee: automatic recitation checking (voice)

On the tasmee screen you recite from memory and the app follows along and alerts you to mistakes. Then:

Microphone: the app asks for microphone permission the first time you start tasmee, and listens only while a tasmee session is running on that screen. It does not listen in the background or outside that screen. If you refuse, tasmee does not work and the rest of the app is unaffected.
Where the check runs: the store apps (Google Play and the App Store) and the web version are connected to our recitation server, which checks your audio as described in the items below. If the server cannot be reached (no internet connection, or it drops mid-session), your audio is checked on the device itself by the offline recitation model if you downloaded it from Settings (otherwise the screen runs the demo mode below), and then no audio leaves your device. The streaming, audio-storage and server-log items below apply only to builds connected to the recitation server.
Streaming (builds connected to the server): your recitation audio (16 kHz mono) is streamed live over an encrypted connection (WebSocket over TLS, wss://) to our own recitation server (a server we rent from the hosting provider LightNode), together with the surah and ayah you start from and the session mode. The server compares it with the mushaf text and returns a verdict for each word. While tasmee is paused on a mistake, silence is sent instead of your voice.
Demo mode: when the recitation server is not available (or the build is not connected to it), unless the recitation model is downloaded on the device, the screen runs an offline demo and says so. The microphone is still used to pace the demo, but no audio leaves the device and the words are not actually checked.
Your take on the device (record & compare): while you recite, the app keeps your recording in the device's memory (at most 20 minutes) so you can compare it with the reciter ayah by ayah. When you play the comparison it is written to a single temporary file in the app's temporary folder (madkar_tasmee_take.wav), which the next take replaces and the system may clear at any time; in the web version it stays in the browser's memory. The take is discarded from memory when you leave the screen, and it is never uploaded to any server, unless you send it to your halaqa's teacher from inside the app (section 3) or share it yourself through your device's share sheet to an app you choose.
Audio is not stored: it is held only in the server's memory while being processed (a few seconds at most per connection), never written to disk or to logs, and discarded when the session ends.
What the server log records per session: a random session id, your IP address, the session mode, the surah and ayah you started from, the audio duration and processing time, and result counts (how many words were right or wrong). These logs are used only to operate the server and protect it from abuse, and the server's logging system deletes the oldest entries automatically whenever they reach their size limit.
The words heard are not logged. The server has a diagnostic option to log them; it is off by default and we do not enable it on the public server.
Neither the audio nor the server log is linked to your account; the recitation server does not know your email.
The result (mistake positions and types, hesitations and the recited range) is saved on your device in the mistakes log and the review schedule (section 1) and, if you are signed in, added to your session log as a tasmee session and synced with your plan document (section 3). The audio itself is never part of it.

6. Permissions

Microphone: for tasmee only, requested when you first start it (on iOS and macOS with the message: "Rafiq al-Hifz listens to your recitation to follow it and flag mistakes"; on Android the RECORD_AUDIO permission; on the web the browser's own prompt).
Internet: to download recitations, to stream recitation audio to the recitation server during tasmee (only in builds connected to it), and for the account and sync if you use them.
Notifications: for reminders, halaqa notices and lock-screen playback controls.
Local network (iOS): only to link a teacher's phone to a mosque screen, requested when you use that feature.
Background playback and keeping the device awake during recitation (Android), and rescheduling reminders after a reboot.

The app does not request location, contacts, camera or photos.

7. Deleting your data

Delete account: Settings → Account → Delete account. This immediately deletes from the server: your account and email, your profile, synced documents, session log, your reports, the recordings you sent to your teachers, your halaqa memberships, the assignments and notices you created, and your notification tokens.
Note: halaqat you created are deleted too, with all their assignments and their members' reports.
Copies may remain in server backups for up to 14 days and are then erased automatically.
Deleting the account does not delete data stored on your device; remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the same address and we will delete the account.
You may also ask for a copy of your data, or for corrections, at the same address.

8. Children

The app includes a "child talqeen" preset for teaching children, to be used under the guidance of a parent or teacher. Using the app without an account sends no data about the child. Accounts are not directed at children: if a child under 13 (or the legal age in your country, if higher) needs an account to join a halaqa, a parent should create it or consent to it. We ask for nothing beyond the email (and the optional display name). If you learn that a child created an account without a parent's consent, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and its effective date, and notify you in the app if the change is material.
