تطبيق «رفيق الحفظ» من شركة الصادق الوثيق. الحساب فيه اختياري: من لم يُنشئ حسابًا لا يُحفظ له على خوادمنا شيء، وبياناته كلها على جهازه.

الحذف من داخل التطبيق

1. افتح «رفيق الحفظ» وادخل بحسابك.
2. افتح الإعدادات ← الحساب.
3. اضغط حذف الحساب، ثم أكّد.

يُحذف الحساب وبياناته من الخادم فورًا، ويخرج من كل الحلقات.

الحذف بطلب عبر البريد

إن لم تستطع الدخول إلى التطبيق فراسلنا على [email protected] من البريد المسجّل به الحساب بعنوان «حذف حساب رفيق الحفظ». نحذف الحساب وبياناته كما في الحذف من التطبيق، ونؤكد لك ذلك بالبريد. ولك عبر البريد نفسه أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك قبل الحذف.

ما يُحذف

• حسابك وبريدك الإلكتروني، والاسم الظاهر.
• بياناتك المزامنة: الإعدادات، والخطط والتقدم وجدول المراجعة، والعلامات والملاحظات.
• سجل جلساتك (الحفظ والمراجعة والاختبار والتسميع ومواضع الأخطاء).
• تقاريرك على الواجبات، والتسجيلات التي أرسلتها إلى معلميك.
• عضويتك في الحلقات، والواجبات والتنبيهات التي أنشأتها، ورموز الإشعارات.
• الحلقات التي أنشأتها أنت تُحذف معها بكل واجباتها وتقارير أعضائها.

ما يبقى

• النسخ الاحتياطية للخادم: قد تبقى فيها نسخة من بياناتك حتى 14 يومًا، ثم تُمحى تلقائيًا.
• سجلات الخادم (عنوان IP والطلبات، دون أي ربط بحسابك): تُحذف تلقائيًا، وسجل الوصول خلال 14 يومًا.
• البيانات على جهازك لا يحذفها حذف الحساب: احذفها بحذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته من إعدادات الجهاز أو المتصفح.
• ما شاركته أنت بنفسك خارج التطبيق (مثل تسجيل أرسلته عبر تطبيق آخر) لا نملك حذفه.

Rafiq al-Hifz is an app by Al-Sadiq Al-Wathiq Company. An account is optional: if you never created one, nothing about you is stored on our servers, and all your data is on your device.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Rafiq al-Hifz and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account and its data are deleted from the server at once, and you leave every halaqa.

Ask by email

If you cannot sign in to the app, email [email protected] from the address the account uses, with the subject "Delete my Rafiq al-Hifz account". We delete the account and its data exactly as the in-app deletion does and confirm by email. You can also ask for a copy of your data first at the same address.

What is deleted

• Your account, your email address and your display name.
• Your synced data: settings, plans, progress and review schedule, bookmarks and notes.
• Your session log (memorisation, review, test and tasmee sessions, and mistake positions).
• Your reports on assignments, and the recordings you sent to your teachers.
• Your halaqa memberships, the assignments and notices you created, and your notification tokens.
• Halaqat you created are deleted too, with all their assignments and their members' reports.

What is kept

• Server backups: a copy of your data may remain in them for up to 14 days, and is then erased automatically.
• Server logs (IP addresses and requests, not linked to your account): deleted automatically; the web access log within 14 days.
• Data on your device is not deleted with the account: remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in the device or browser settings.
• Anything you shared yourself outside the app (such as a recording sent through another app) is beyond our reach.
